The faculty has a broad spectrum of expertise, which can provide training opportunities in a wide range of disiplines. These include hematology, clinical microbiology, virology, immunology, clinical biochemistry, host-parasite interactions, free radicals in biology, regulation of gene expression, and molecular biology.

Graduates from this programme should be able to :

      1. Analyse and synthesize the concepts both in basic and clinical laboratory sciences.

      2. Search and updated for new knowledge continuously through new technology.

      3. Apply trends of knowledge and concept in sciences to various areas of research effectively. Create or present research proposal, organize research works independently.

      4. Communicate internationally by both oral and written means. Transfer and exchange the academic skills in the medical technology and related sciences with others.
